VIA A MMS MESSAGE. This will help us give you the right quote price at the start.Quotes are free unless you still
wanted us to come out after a quote has been given (via any of the above means) then decided that you didn't want to go
ahead, there will be a call out charge.
Our Glazier will discuss with you at our 1st appointment, what work is required to be carried Out. Once you have given
us the go ahead to carry out the work, we will require a 50% Deposit for the Glass or UPVC Panel and the Full Price
for All Pet Doors that you have asked us to Supply for. (Please note that you are very welcome to get your own pet door
and we will be happy to fit it or you at no extra cost).
The outstanding Balance is to be paid on the day of completing the job.
(Note* that deposits are none refundable once materials have been ordered).
If you are plaining to go away, *Please Allow at Least 2-3 weeks before hand* this is to stop any disappointment if your
glass is delayed at the processor’s.
**If you wish to book up more than 2 weeks in advance the is now a small fee for holding your appoment time.
(This is due to customers Cancelling at the last minute or even not being at home)
** If for any reason you need to cancel please give at least 12 HOURS NOTICE, THIS MUST BEEN DONE VIA A PHONE CALL,
this is the best way that we can be GUARANTEED that there is no miss understandings. If you Fail to give notice and our Glazier
turns up to carry out any work at the property and is unable to do the job you have booked him in to do, there will be a call out
charge which you will required to pay.**
Glass takes 5-7 Working Days to be processed
(THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DAY OF OUR VISIT, WEEKENDS OR BANK HOLIDAYS).
** Example… If we visit you on a Wednesday your glass won’t be ready following till Wednesday or
even on the Friday, Only Then we can arrange with you a time and day for fitting**
When we have your Glass/Panel and all your materials that is required for your job we will then contact you to arrange fitting.
*** FOR CUSTOMER'S HAVING CAT/DOG FLAPS FITTED ***
** We can cut into Composite Doors but this at the Customer's Own Risk, this can be cost you in the long run. As a new
door can be costly, so if you have an alternative window or door then we highly recommend using it.
**We hold NO WARRANTIES for any of the Cat/Dog Flaps that you purchase from us,
(As we not a supplier and do not stock them. We will source them for you on request).
**All Warranties are held by the Manufacturer.
**All Warranties are Left With You on the day of Fitting, in the Box of the Cat/Dog flap that you requested us to
purchase for you.
**You will need to Register your Cat/Dog Flap with the Manufacturer ASAP, in the event of any issues that may
occur with them in the future.
**Once fitted it is your responsibility to take care of your Warranties and make sure you
value date your Warranties with the Manufacturer.
** All SureFlap Microchip Cat Flaps and Pet Doors will require
(4xAA cat flap or 4xC pet doors. batteries not included)
You get to keep your OLD GLASS (this will help keep the cost down for you should you require to put it back into your door).If you require us to dispose of your OLD GLASS for you, there will be an additional charge for this, Please ask on enquiry.
